BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Talent Partner to manage full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. You will source, screen, qualify, interview, and guide hiring managers through assessment and selection while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years full-life cycle recruiting.
• Ability to effectively support recruitment for Manager-level positions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to learn systems, processes, and business.

Responsibilities

• Apply a business mindset to the talent acquisition function.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet business objectives.
• Source candidates via a variety of channels (internet searches, recruiting tools, etc.).
• Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate selection.
• Routinely use metrics to advise managers, improve processes, and assess performance.
