Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent
• Ability to meet Vermont DCF school-age program leadership requirements
• Credentials listed under the “Must Also Meet ONE Of The Following” section may apply

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and coach site staff to ensure safe, engaging environments
• Maintain licensing readiness and program compliance with VT DCF and Healthy Kids policies
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and daily staffing needs to meet required ratios
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners and assist with enrollment efforts
