Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Ability to meet Vermont DCF leadership requirements for school-age programs.
• 10+ months experience in school-age childcare or related youth programming, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to site teams and ensure program quality and compliance.
• Support engagement and safe, structured environments for children.
• Coach and support staff in daily operations and scheduling.
• Engage families and school partners to support enrollment and communication.
