Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all shifts, including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Must be physically able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred; GMP/regulated industry experience a plus.
• Strong attendance, safety focus, and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Pack finished merchandise and seal cases with tape.
• Label finished cases and place on pallets per plan.
• Monitor weights, packaging components, and scrap procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment during changeovers.
• Complete paperwork such as work orders and downtime sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
