Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a General Helper / Machine Operator for the Liquid production area on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). Candidates should be safety- and quality-focused, capable of teamwork, and able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attendance.

Responsibilities include supplying materials, labeling and palletizing, operating packaging machines, and following all safety policies. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Score a qualified result on a job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging material and/or food ingredients using pallet jack or forklift and ensure equipment is safe to use.
• Supply all needed raw materials to packaging lines and monitor materials availability.
• Label cases correctly and supply them to machines.
• Return unused materials and keep work areas clean at all times.
• Operate packaging machines and perform setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Complete paperwork such as production work orders and downtime sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
