Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to work in our liquid pouch production area. You will operate filling equipment, perform minor adjustments, and help package and label finished products for shipment.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 25–50 lbs, and maintain top-quality, safe work standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. First shift is 7am–3pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attendance record and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished product and prepare cases for shipping.
• Assemble and seal boxes, label cases, and place on pallets.
• Monitor machine output and scrap, ensuring accurate counts and quality.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with start-ups and changeovers.
