Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Qualified score on job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Pack finished products and seal cases for shipping.
• Assemble and label packaging, prepare corrugated boxes and pallets.
• Monitor weight and packaging components, ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with changeovers.
