Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is hiring Machine Operators for our liquid pouch production area on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). You will operate filling equipment, perform minor adjustments, and package products in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. Starting pay is $24.57 per hour with benefits, holidays, and vacation after 90 days, plus bonus potential under the Field Operations Incentive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Call out defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Score well on the job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished product and label cases correctly.
• Pack finished merchandise and seal cases with tape.
• Monitor weight and packaging components for accuracy.
• Keep work area clean and assist with start-ups.
• Follow scrap procedures and safety rules.
