Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a packaging operator to support our manufacturing lines. This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work all shifts, including second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should be able to lift 25–50 lbs and maintain a strong safety focus. Responsibilities include operating packaging machines, assembling boxes and partitions, labeling and palletizing finished products, and monitoring weight and packaging accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidates must be able to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• GMP/regulated industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and seal cases with tape.
• Label finished cases with proper identification.
• Place finished cases on pallets and ensure correct weight and packaging components.
• Monitor scrap and follow scrap procedures; complete necessary paperwork.
