Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a Machine Operator for the Mason, OH facility. This role supports liquid pouch production, requires safety and quality focus, and offers a fast-paced team environment. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday from 3pm to 11pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• GMP/regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record and safety focus.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Package finished product and prepare for shipment.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Pack merchandise and seal cases with tape.
• Label finished cases and place on pallets.
• Monitor weight, packaging components and visual boards.
• Record accurate hourly counts and assist with start-ups.
• Clean equipment during changeovers and maintain cleanliness.
