Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with multiplatform content and audience growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial meetings, coverage planning, and breaking news execution across platforms.
• Develop and mentor content staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing newsroom culture.
