Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of newsroom leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of broadcast, digital, streaming, social, and emerging media platforms.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to influence through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiplatform editorial strategy and content decisions across broadcast, digital, streaming and social.
• Oversee daily newsroom operations, staffing, and resource deployment.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management for content staff.
• Improve workflows and adopt new tools to enhance content production and engagement.
