Job summary

Toole Design Group in Cleveland, OH seeks a Transportation Project Engineer I or II to lead impactful roadway and active transportation projects. You will work on multimodal networks, use MicroStation/AutoCAD, and manage tasks from concept through construction with a collaborative, ethics-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 6+ years of experience developing roadway/highway construction documents (8+ for Project Engineer II).
• Strong background in roadway and geometric design, 3D modeling, accessible design.
• Experience with signing and pavement marking, including MUTCD standards, as well as familiarity with PROWAG requirements.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD (Civil 3D).

Responsibilities

• Deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure in urban, suburban or rural settings.
• Manage tasks from concept development to construction management and bid package development.
• Develop construction documents with the team to ensure high quality work.
• Assist in signing and pavement marking planning, speed management, and traffic signal concepts.
