Toole Design in Oakland, CA seeks a Planner to join our interdisciplinary team. You will lead multimodal planning efforts, engage with communities, and manage projects from vision to implementation. Fieldwork and regional travel are expected as you support safe, inclusive streets.

The role emphasizes equity, climate, safety, and health in our transportation projects, with a collaborative, employee-owned culture and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning, engineering, design, public health, or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in planning or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish for inclusive community engagement.
• Experience with multimodal transportation planning and public outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical ideas.

Responsabilités

• Lead analyses and manage projects and tasks.
