Qualifications

• 5-9 years’ experience in transportation, urban planning, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Data analysis skills, particularly using spreadsheets.
• Project/program management experience.
• Good understanding of local transportation stakeholders and policies.
• Experience with transportation planning concepts and demand management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation operations onsite.
• Serve as the primary contact for local site leadership.
• Monitor data for programs like Vanpool and Commute Coaching.
• Support planning and development of multimodal transportation strategies.
• Gather and analyze transportation data and make recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate onsite transportation events.
• Manage relationships with internal vendors and external partners.
• Track budget and manage contracts and invoices.
• Respond to employee inquiries and manage content for newsletters.
