Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Laboratory experience or completion of CLS program preferred.
• Immunization against Hepatitis B or waiver required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for department functions.
• Observe students and/or new staff as needed.
• Exhibit basic problem solving to ensure service levels.
• Handle hospital communications and on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrate effective telephone and verbal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and confidential information.
• Support coverage for holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks including documentation of critical communications.
