• Builds scalable SOPs, templates, and technical specs for growing event volume.
• Develops standardized technology architecture and processes across locations.
• Drives continuous improvement, mentorship, and cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to production teams and partners.
• Oversee regional budgets, AV vendor relationships, contracts, and equipment procurement.
• Develop and implement scalable production systems and SOPs.
• Standardize tech architecture and production processes across locations.
• Lead planning and governance for events, including milestones and run-of-show.
