Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Event Production to lead technical strategy and delivery for live and recorded content across corporate events, product launches, and executive engagements.

You will drive production excellence, coach a high-performing team, and align technology with business goals. The role requires hands-on expertise in multi-camera production, livestreaming, and enterprise collaboration, with a focus on scalable, standardized practices across locations.

Qualifications

7+ years in multimedia, broadcast, or live event production with leadership experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of multi-camera production, audio mixing, lighting, video switching, livestreaming, and Zoom.
Experience leading production teams, evaluating quality, and mentoring others.
Experience in a large, global corporate environment shaping enterprise AV capabilities.
Proficiency with professional tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, oversee regional productions, and mentor producers and engineers.
Own regional production budgets, vendor contracts, and equipment lifecycle planning.
Develop standardized technology architecture and production SOPs across locations.
Lead multi-camera live productions, livestreaming, and broadcast quality standards.
Coordinate post-production quality and deliver content across enterprise platforms.
Partner with executives, marketing, and brand teams to align production with business goals.
