The Park Rapids Enterprise, part of Forum Communications Company, is seeking a Multimedia Account Manager to lead sales and account management for advertising across print and digital formats.

You will develop strategies, prospect new clients, grow existing accounts, and translate business needs into compelling advertising solutions while maintaining strong client and internal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in sales and marketing.
• Open to development, with a drive to take on new projects and challenges.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients and prospects confidently.
• Fearless to bring new ideas to the table, both internally and externally.
• Adept at building and developing relationships; ready to handle change.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Exceptional follow-through and perseverance; comfortable following up with prospects.
• Ability to think strategically in prospecting and developing campaigns.
• Flexibility to sell a wide range of products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to close.
• Organized, with close attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record insurable by the company.
• Must carry acceptable vehicle insurance as required by the company.

Responsabilités

• Develop and prepare monthly/quarterly sales strategies within assigned territory to meet revenue goals
• Demonstrate understanding of all products and services and communicate their value to businesses
• Prospect to acquire new business; deliver customized proposals after needs assessment
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and provide solutions
• Examine current clients for unmet needs; present recommended solutions
• Complete thorough needs analysis to connect products with ROI
• Coordinate with the creative department to facilitate campaigns
• Share knowledge to optimize team sales strategies and effectiveness
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance
