Job summary

The Brainerd Dispatch, part of Forum Communications Company, is seeking a Multimedia Account Manager to sell marketing solutions across print and digital formats. You will build relationships, develop sales strategies, prospect new clients, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue by presenting tailored advertising packages.

You will translate business needs into effective campaigns, collaborate with the creative team, and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in sales and marketing.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients and prospects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to close.
• Adaptable to selling a wide range of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly/quarterly sales strategies within assigned territory to meet revenue goals.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of all products and services and communicate their value to clients.
• Prospect to acquire new business; prepare and present customized proposals after needs assessment.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients, including business reviews and issue resolution.
• Identify unmet needs; present solutions and share new product capabilities.
• Complete thorough needs analysis linking products to ROI for clients.
• Coordinate with creative department to facilitate effective campaigns.
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
