Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Account Executive in Bismarck, ND to own a book of local business accounts in a high-impact, full-cycle sales role. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while maintaining relationships with existing clients across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting, needs assessment, and solution-selling abilities.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
