Job summary

Forum Communications Company is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Bismarck, ND to drive revenue by prospecting new advertisers and building a robust sales pipeline across broadcast, streaming, and digital channels.

The role involves presenting customized advertising solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring campaign success. Travel to nearby markets may be required. Compensation expected between $75,000 and $85,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have education in sales, advertising, marketing, communication and/or public relations; previous working experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential advertisers in relevant industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Sales Presentations & Pitches: Create customized proposals based on audience demographics, ratings, and market reach.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Write contracts and secure signed agreements; negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure commercials meet client expectations and schedule ad placements.
