Job summary

Forum Communications Company is seeking a full-time Account Executive in the Bismarck market to drive revenue growth by prospecting new advertisers and building a strong sales pipeline across broadcast, streaming, and digital channels.

You will present customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with creative teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations. Strong communication, lead generation, and closing skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has education in sales, advertising, marketing, communication and/or public relations.
• Flexibility to travel to surrounding communities may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new advertisers and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop customized, multi-platform advertising solutions across broadcast, streaming and digital channels.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results to clients and management.
