Job summary

DTNA is seeking a lead for packaging technical content used by truck drivers and service technicians. You will coordinate content from subject matter experts, structure complex manuals, and ensure accuracy across English, French, and Spanish audiences.

You will work with Arbortext XML, Windchill, and HTML/DITA formats, applying strong writing skills and data analytics to improve delivery and customer understanding. Hybrid schedule with strong team collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Writing, Journalism or related field, or BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with technical content development and/or technical writing.
• Experience with HTML content or XML content in DITA format.
• Strong English grammar and vocabulary.
• Resume attached is required.

Responsibilities

• Writes documentation for technical products, systems, processes, and maintenance.
• Determines effective structure and layout for complex manuals and documentation.
• Liaises with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of data and drawings.
• Ensures terminology reviews and updates are incorporated.
• Edits content to improve clarity, impact, and readability.
