Job summary

A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in North Carolina seeks a Project Manager II to oversee language service projects. The ideal candidate will manage linguist assignments and provide interpreting/translation support. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and fluency in English plus one additional language. This role offers opportunities for advancement and training support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination/management experience (government/federal contracting a plus).
• 2+ years of professional interpreting or translation experience in the target language(s).
• Knowledge of interpreter ethics, USCIS/DHS standards, and ISO quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned task orders across multiple languages.
• Coordinate linguist assignments, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance.
• Provide direct interpreting/translation support in high-demand languages.
