Job summary

Global Language System, a division of Global Impact Group LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Raleigh team. The PM will oversee language service projects, coordinate linguists, monitor deadlines and budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in translation, interpretation, transcription, or localization and proficiency in English plus another language.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of project management or coordination experience.
• At least two years of language services industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple language service projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate interpreters, translators, and transcriptionists.
• Communicate with clients regarding requirements, deadlines, changes and status updates.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, work orders and related documentation.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, profitability and deliverables.
