Job summary

NYC Campaign Finance Board is seeking a Manager to lead the Neighborhoods Team, building trusted relationships with community partners and delivering in-language voter education across 13 languages in priority NYC neighborhoods.

You will guide a growing team of coordinators, shape strategy with the Deputy Director, and ensure effective collaboration with cross-divisional partners for impactful education delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
• Ability to manage multilingual education programs and LOTE outreach.
• Strong collaboration skills across divisions (Strategy, Product, Operations, Language Access, MDC).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for community engagement in priority neighborhoods.
• Lead Neighborhoods Team and oversee program design, partnership recruitment, and operations.
• Oversee multilingual engagement and education across multiple languages.
• Collaborate with SPO, Data, Language Access, and MDC to craft culturally relevant education strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations, coalitions, and civic leaders.
• Set direction for curriculum, workshops, and trainings for voters in multiple languages.
