The Campaign Finance Board (CFB) is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator for the NYC Votes initiative. You will recruit, train, and manage volunteers, organize civic engagement activities, and support outreach to increase voter participation across New York City.

You will work with the Outreach Team to plan multi-modal engagement, coordinate events, and ensure data accuracy in reporting. This role emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and commitment to civic participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in volunteer programs and civic engagement preferred.
• Strong communication and community outreach abilities.

Responsabilités

• Organize and lead volunteer outreach and events across NYC neighborhoods.
• Coordinate and manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Track volunteer hours and reporting in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Education and Public Affairs units on outreach plans.
• Lead GOTV efforts and ensure smooth event execution.
