Job summary

NYC Campaign Finance Board invites applications for a Senior Outreach/Community Engagement role within NYC Votes. You will lead outreach events, build partnerships, and coordinate voter education initiatives across New York City, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting in line with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of voter engagement platforms (VAN, Mobilize, REACH)
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting
• Excellent oral communication and public engagement skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities
• Strong organizational and event planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead outreach and community events to promote NYC Votes and increase voter participation.
• Coordinate regular outreach in priority neighborhoods and communities.
• Collaborate with Education to identify partners and co-create outreach plans.
• Organize voter registration drives across the city with staff, interns, partners and volunteers.
• Support identification of new partners aligned with priority communities.
• Respond to voter inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain outreach operations, standards, and data reporting.
• Develop promotional materials and support Get-Out-The-Vote efforts.
