Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for teachers serving English learners and EL-related programs.
• Conduct needs analyses at campuses to identify EL instruction needs.
• Facilitate professional development in instruction, differentiation, and EL strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and assess lessons and common assessments.
• Coordinate instructional coaching across schools and develop curriculum as needed.
• Assist with implementation of TEKS-aligned focal points and data-driven decisions.
• Support structure of common planning time and accountability measures.
