Job summary
H MART is seeking a Field Training Specialist to design and deliver on-site training for retail store employees nationwide. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching and cross-location collaboration.
You will conduct sessions in English and Korean, with Spanish as an added capability, translate materials, and partner with store managers to close operational skill gaps. Travel is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Korean; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in L&D or corporate training in retail.
- Experience building internal trainer programs for store staff.
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations; valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver on-site training for store staff across locations.
- Conduct training in English and Korean; Spanish delivery is an option.
- Translate and adapt manuals and SOPs between languages.
- Use hands-on coaching, job shadowing, and e-learning.
- Collaborate with store managers to close skill gaps.
