Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, in-house or agency.
• Strong knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Conduct interviews to filter candidates.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
