Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Dealer Policy & Compliance Lead to govern dealer agreements and policy programs across our national network.

You will partner with legal, sales, marketing, and channel leadership to ensure policy alignment and effective enforcement while driving operational consistency and performance insights. The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous reporting to support business objectives within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, administration, distribution, tracking, and completion reporting of annual dealer agreements in partnership with legal, field sales, and channel leadership.
• Manage dealer policy programs, including minimum standards, credit line requirements, dealer performance management, MAP, and WG order cancellation policies.
• Monitor dealer compliance with established policies, identify violations, and execute enforcement processes with communications and corrective actions.
• Partner with legal, field sales, product line sales, channel leadership, and other stakeholders to establish policy requirements and support program execution.
• Develop and deliver reporting, progress updates, and compliance communications informing leadership of status and dealer performance trends.
• Support dealer performance improvement initiatives by identifying eligible dealerships and coordinating improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and evolve dealer policies, standards, and programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to monitor compliance activities and document outcomes.
• Lead quarterly processes associated with non-compliance notifications and related dealer communications.
