O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes leading store team members, coaching, and assisting in hiring while ensuring timely processing of orders and transfers.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, staff development, and adherence to company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on robust store operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure staffing for the retail sales counter during peak hours and manage shifts.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed timely.
