Responsibilities

• Drive new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and customer conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products.
• Generate revenue through cross-selling and multi-line coverage conversations.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
• Support daily agency operations while maintaining a strong sales focus.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office sales goals.
