You will handle needs-based conversations, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with teammates to exceed revenue targets while receiving licensing support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full licensing (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) required with onboarding support.
• Proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to manage a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and close new business from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps.
• Quote, present, and close policies across multiple product lines.
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize account protection.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently hit monthly production goals.
• Support service interactions while maintaining a strong sales focus.
