Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead to guide the Modification Maintenance / Production Team. You will provide leadership for all work performed by the team and coordinate scheduling of aircraft modification activities to meet program milestones.

The role requires extensive aircraft management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment within a CBA setting.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling aircraft tasks and coordinating work packages.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ten years of aircraft management experience.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) environment.

You will be the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead for the Modification Maintenance / Production Team. Our team is responsible for providing leadership for all work performed for a Modification Maintenance / Production Team.

Basic Qualifications

• Aircraft / Task Scheduling experience
• Microsoft Office Suite of Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) experience
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ten (10) years aircraft management experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding environment, providing independent thinking, problem resolution, and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management
• Experience working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) environment

Desired Skills

Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience

Experience with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) customer environment.

• C130 aircraft production, modification, install and resource planning
• C130 Flight Line Operations
• C130 Sustainment Operations

Ability to model Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership competencies

Experience with Culture Optimization, Performance Management Teams (PMTs), or Culture of Accountability (CoA) programs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00
