Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations or related Manufacturing Experience.
• Experience meeting critical schedules, resolving complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills

• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
• Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA "Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
• Previous experience in aviation structural repair or manufacturing associated with drill, ream, and countersink knowledge - skill - and abilities.
• Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
