Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Lexington, KY is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee ongoing programs, coordinating between project management, planning, and line management while guiding recruitment, training, and performance assessment.

You will monitor schedules and budgets, drive issue resolution, and ensure milestones meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Machine Shop / Cable and Harness Assembly / Assembly and Metal Fabrication Production Processes Production Management Experience
• Management experience with aviation modification and sustainment programs.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and oversee complex manufacturing projects and initiatives.
• Business Acumen / CAM / Proposal experience with estimating and scoping of major projects, systems and processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to effectively energize a diverse team towards a common goal.

Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

Familiarity with Machine Shop / Cable and Harness Assembly / Assembly and Metal Fabrication Production Processes Production Management Experience

Management experience with aviation modification and sustainment programs.

Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and oversee complex manufacturing projects and initiatives.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $142800.00 - $265200.00
