Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Customer Experience and Sales Support professional in Chandler, AZ. You will greet customers, present vehicle options, explain pricing and financing basics, and nurture relationships from inquiry to purchase.

You’ll also assist with paperwork, test drives, and showroom presentation, while coordinating with Operations and Sales teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer journey. Growth opportunities are emphasized, with a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, sales, or retail in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Progress through multi-phase, Level 1 and 2 training for increasing responsibilities in sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services to customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support sales with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with paperwork: down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Maintain showroom organization and support dealership operations across departments.
