Job Details

Position Summary

The Multifamily Superintendent will provide overall field leadership for ground‑up multifamily construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Requirements

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for a ground‑up multifamily construction project in Lebanon, NH.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain construction progress and sequencing.
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, workmanship, and quality.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents.
• Conduct field inspections and identify construction issues before they affect downstream work.
• Coordinate closely with project management and other project stakeholders on progress, constraints, and field needs.
• Maintain organized field documentation and reporting.
• Strong construction leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred, particularly experience overseeing large, ground‑up residential projects.
• Experience successfully managing subcontractors and multiple trades in an active construction environment.
• Construction‑management software experience is a plus.
