Responsibilities

• Monitor labor productivity and subcontractor performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce planning.
• Lead project safety initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and incident prevention.
• Support project reporting efforts, including schedule updates, progress tracking, and field documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.
