We're looking for an experienced construction leader to oversee multifamily residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to join a growing builder where you'll have significant autonomy, direct interaction with company leadership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.

This role is ideal for a field-first professional who enjoys running projects from the ground up, leading subcontractors, solving problems in real time, and delivering exceptional finished products. While this is primarily a Superintendent role, you'll also be involved in many of the project management functions that keep projects organized and moving forward.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects.
