Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and turnover tasks.
