The role includes preventive maintenance and participation in construction or rehabilitation projects for the property. Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of maintenance and safety experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with HVAC

Formación

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Use industry-specific technology to complete repairs and bring units to move-in ready condition.
• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep within property standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with make-readies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Maintain tools and report hazards to management.
