This role requires proven experience managing complex developments from preconstruction through closeout, strong financial oversight, scheduling, and procurement. You will mentor PMs and staff and position yourself for advancement toward a Project Executive level as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience focused on multifamily construction.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong command of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PMs, APMs, and project staff to deliver multifamily developments on time and within budget.
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
