Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 270-unit ground-up multifamily development in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will lead the project from preconstruction through final handover, aligning schedule, budget, procurement and execution with field leadership and stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction project management, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of managing complex construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts and subcontractor management.
• Leadership and communication skills to align teams and maintain accountability.
• Confidence making decisions and resolving practical project challenges.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the project from preconstruction and procurement through completion and handover.
• Managing budgets, cost forecasting, schedules and overall project performance.
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.
• Monitoring progress, quality and safety throughout construction.
• Resolving project challenges and managing risks before they affect cost or delivery.
• Managing contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects and project stakeholders.
• Providing clear progress updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.
