Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation, a Tampa-based GC focused on multifamily projects, seeks a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large, complex multifamily developments on time and within budget. The role requires coordinating vendors, subs, and field staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will manage proposals, estimates and procurement schedules, build client relationships, and ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years PM experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven track record managing large/complex multifamily projects.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery within schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Review proposals, drawings and plans to determine timeframe and resources.
• Oversee project financials and cost control.
• Coordinate with project staff and allocate resources.

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

About the Company:

• GC with long standing history within the Tampa area

• Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety
• Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.
• Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule
• Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
• Oversee project financials

Requirem ents:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus

Salary: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
