• Strong knowledge of construction processes, rules, & regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to foster strong client/subcontractor relationships.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Firm understanding of risk management and proactive issue resolution.
• Proficiency in project management software.

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on senior living and luxury ground-up developments.
