Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a creative Event and Lifestyle Planner to elevate resident experiences across our New Jersey multifamily portfolio. This role blends community-building with hands-on event execution across properties, amenities and social spaces.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in events or hospitality, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel between properties, manage vendors, and collaborate with Marketing to energize communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in multifamily, hospitality, events or related field.
• Creative, outgoing and comfortable interacting with residents.
• Strong event planning and project management skills.
• Experience creating social media content and promoting events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident events across multifamily properties.
• Develop an annual resident engagement and event calendar.
• Lead clubhouse openings and amenity launches from planning to execution.
• Spend significant time onsite during new clubhouse openings to engage residents.
• Create programming to activate clubhouses, pools and amenities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to reflect communities online.
• Manage vendors, entertainment, budgets, setup, execution and follow-up.
• Travel between properties and work evenings/weekends for events.
